Bishop Victor Galeone
Bishop Victor Galeone was ordained December 18, 1960 and has served in the Archdiocese of Baltimore as associate-pastor, pastor, high school teacher and principal. He was also a missionary in Peru for 11 years. His last assignment in Baltimore was pastor of St. Agnes Catholic Church in Catonsville, Maryland and Archdiocesan Director for the Society of the Propagation of the Faith. He received his S.T.L from Gregorian University in Rome in 1961 and his M.Ed. from Loyola College in Baltimore in 1969. From 1961 to 1963 he served as Associate Pastor at St. Bernadine Church. From 1963 to 1970 he served as teacher and principal (1967-69) at St. Paul Latin High School and Day Seminary. From 1970 to 1975, Bishop Galeone performed missionary work in the Andes of Peru for the Society of St. James,the Apostle. Upon returning to the Baltimore area, he was assigned as associate pastor at St. Williams of York Church. In 1978, he returned to Peru to perform missionary work near the border of Ecuador where he remained until 1984. From 1985 to 1989, he was pastor at St. Bernard Church. Following this, he was pastor at St. Thomas Moore Church until 1996. And from 1996 to 2001 he served as Pastor to St. Agnes Church. Bishop Galeone's hobbies include fishing and reading.

Fr. Edward Murphy
Fr. Murphy was born and reared in Jacksonville, Florida in 1959. He completed his undergraduate work at Christendom College in 1983 with a bachelor of arts in political science. In 1984, Fr. Murphy entered the major seminary to begin his studies for the priesthood. He attended St. Meinrad Seminary in Indiana and St. Vincent de Paul Regional Seminary. In 1989, Fr. Murphy was awarded a master of arts in theology summa cum laude with emphasis on moral theology. In 1990, he received a master of divinity magna cum laude from the seminary. After two years of discernment, Fr. Murphy was ordained to the priesthood on May 9, 1992 at the Cathedral-Basilica in St. Augustine. His first parish assignment was at St. Patrick's Church in Gainesville. After four years, Fr. Murphy was appointed temporary administrator of St. William's Church in Keystone Heights for a short duration. In 1996, he was transferred to St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church in Palm Coast. Then in 1999, he was sent to Assumption Church in Jacksonville. In 2001, Fr. Murphy was appointed pastor of St. Madeleine's Church in High Springs and San Juan Mission in Branford. He served as pastor for these two churches until 2007. On March 7, 2007, Fr. Murphy was transferred to Immaculate Conception as parochial vicar. Fr. Murphy presently serves as the chaplain and founder of the Courage and Encourage Ministry of the Diocese of St. Augustine. He also serves as the co-chaplain of the Catholic Scouting Committee for the diocese. In addition, he is the district chaplain for the Engaged Encounter Ministry and serves on the national board. In the fall of 2008, Fr. Murphy helped found the Catholics in Recovery Ministry for recovering drug addicts and alcoholics and serves as the chaplain.

Father Warren Keene
Father Warren Keene was born in Miami, Florida, January 6, 1939 and moved to Palatka with his family in 1951. After completing a B.A. at Rollins College and graduate studies at Florida State University, he worked for ten years as an organic chemist in an environmental protection laboratory. He then entered teh seminary and was ordained in 1981 for the Diocese of Gibraltar. He has received the S.T.B., M.A., S.T.L. and J.C.D. degrees from the Pontifical University of S. Thomas Aquinas in Rome. He served as Chancellor and Judicial Vicar in the Diocese of Gibraltar before returning to Florida in 1990. Father Keene has served at Immaculate Conception since August, 1992.
